Whether you donated through our capital campaign, annual fund, employee campaign or one of our signature events, the White Coat Grady Gala and VeloCity, your contribution makes a difference. Because of you, we are close to breaking ground on a new Center for Advanced Surgical Services, to making much-needed renovations to support research and treatment of HIV/AIDS through our Infectious Disease Program at Grady’s Ponce Center, and to opening a new food pharmacy and teaching kitchen that has the potential to transform lives by providing access to and knowledge about healthy eating.
As the saying goes, “Atlanta can’t live without Grady.” The involvement of key donors such as Cox Enterprises, Delta Air Lines and The Home Depot Foundation — who served as signature sponsors of our marquee events — demonstrates that Atlanta’s business community values Grady’s vital importance to our economy and quality of life. We are excited about the impact new capital projects will have on our ability to deliver care, thanks to the generosity of the Robert W. Woodruff Foundation, the O. Wayne Rollins Foundation, The Marcus Foundation, The James M. Cox Foundation, Gilead Sciences, The Coca-Cola Foundation, the Georgia Power Foundation, the SunTrust Foundation and others who have made or pledged significant gifts.
